Dear customers, please keep in mind that delivery time change based on how well you customize the goods.
We take about 8 to 10 business days to deliver your order.
However, if you would like fast shipping, you can pay $25 and receive your purchase within 6 to 8 business days.
The following day’s list of orders will include all orders placed after 1 pm.
The amount of time it takes to get the product depends on how personalized it is.
Please allow 12–15 business days for the delivery of custom orders.
Monday through Friday is when we are at the office.
How Can I Keep Track Of The Shipped items?
After we ship the package and give the customer a tracking number, it is up to them to check in with the courier company. The courier company may put the order on hold for any reason, or they may try to send the order when the customer is not home. The customer needs to get in touch with the transport company. Once you have the tracking ID or number, you should get in touch with the courier company. If the courier company tries to send the package several times but fails, they may destroy it, and we won’t be responsible in that case.

We care deeply about the quality of the clothing you love, therefore we will do our best to ensure that it arrives to you in perfect condition, undamaged, and on schedule. Since we are in complete control of the logistics, we have decided to use only the most reputable and well-known courier providers to deliver the packages. We use the services of DHL, FedEx, and USPS.
What Would Happen If The Package Arrived Broken?
We promise that the product you receive will be outstanding. Please do contact our customer service team if you got a broken, faulty, or wrong product, though. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the package. However, please don’t use that or take off the tag so that you can use our return, swap, or refund policy.

Taxes And Fees On Imports
Our US buyers have a lot of power because they don’t have to pay the customs fees. All of the orders are sent out DDU, which means “Delivery Duty Unpaid.” That means that our customers have to pay the customs fees that are required by their countries. Because we send the order as a gift, most countries don’t charge customs fees when they receive it. Even though we ship all over the world and don’t charge customers a dime, the unique chargers are what we charge. Each country has its own customs or import taxes, and some don’t charge any at all. That means it’s up to the customer to check the customs policy. It’s not our job to pay the city taxes and import duties. There are no taxes included in the price of the goods.

Please check your information twice as you put it into the form to make sure you have a great shopping experience. Your address, name, mail address, and everything else should be in an accurate state.

We do not deliver to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses for your safety and security.
In the event that you have ordered two items. One of them is customized and the other is not, we might take more time to build the customized product. We might send the other product at the time we said we would, but the personalized one might take a little longer.
We cannot change the date or time of delivery after your order has been sent. Customers will need to call a reliable courier service to find out what to do next or how to solve their problem.
The Reasons For The Packages Being Late
We promise that the things will be sent to you within the time frame we agreed on. Still, there are some things that might cause the delivery service to be late.
The package will be late no matter what kind of natural disaster or holiday happens.
We can’t send the package to your address if you give us the wrong one on the form.
Our quality control team will either send your item back to the production team to be fixed or make a new one if they don’t like it. This happens once every blue moon.
If you put the wrong contact information, your order will definitely be late or not come at all.
Your order will be late if the courier business has to deal with operational delays.
If your package gets held up at customs, it will take longer to get to its final location.
It will take longer for your orders to get to you if you made any changes to them.
The orders will be shipped late because of things that couldn’t have been planned for, like COVID-19 and other things.
