Bazaar-breeze will not accept returns if the consumer selects the incorrect size when placing their order. Customers can swap the item by paying only the delivery cost of the replacement item.

Terms & Conditions Of Return Policy

Use our refund, exchange, and return policies within thirty days.

Once the tag is removed, you will not be eligible to use our return policy.

If you take more than thirty days, this deal will be considered expired for you.

Please do not wash the package if you intend to return or exchange it.

Keep in mind that we won’t be able to accept the return if it isn’t in its original condition.

The product cannot be exchanged or returned once it has been used.

The product must be in exactly the same condition as when you received it. Otherwise, it will not be taken into consideration or returned.

If your goods has any cuts, we will be unable to satisfy your request for our return policy..

To return your received parcel, you must send it back to the same warehouse from whence it was received, at your own expense.

Finally, please ensure that the shipment is free of stains; otherwise, you will be disqualified to use our return policy.

Exchange Policy

If you have any difficulties with the following criteria, such as size or color, or if you received a different product and want to swap it, please email us at sales@bazaar-breeze.com and request an exchange. The cause for the exchange must be valid and stated accurately in the email. Our customer care professionals will walk you through the exchange process. Once your exchange has been granted, you must return the product to us promptly. When we receive the parcel back, our inspection team will evaluate it, and if the product is confirmed to be accurate, we will send you an exchange within 15 working days.

Terms & Conditions Of Exchange Policy

If you choose to return a product, make sure it is in its original packaging.

In the application, you should include a precise and justification for the swap.

If you discover that the goods you received is different from the picture that was mentioned on our website, or if the color or size has changed, you can easily get a change.

You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item to us that you want to exchange on your own.

It is necessary that you deliver the goods back to the warehouse from which you initially received them.

To proceed with the process, you need to send us back the package you received. If you would want to return an incorrect goods to us for exchange, please use a trackable courier service. They will provide you a tracking ID or number; please provide it to our customer support team. 

Custom parcels are not exchanged by us.

Refund Policy

If you have an issue with the box you received for any reason, such as a problem with the size or color. Or if you believe you have not received the goods or that it is defective or not what was described or shown on our website, please contact our customer care staff. Within 24 hours, someone from our customer care team will get back to you. After acquiring verification from our customer service staff, you will be eligible to use the refund procedure.

Sellers will offer buyers their money back in the same method they paid for the item. This is the refund policy.

It will take our team three business days to handle the return policy from our accounts department.

Follow that, you will get your money refunded in 5 to 14 business days.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you will get your full cash back.

You should decide to cancel your order after 24 hours, 30% of your cash will be taken away.

If there are only three days left until your product is shipped and you still want to cancel your order, we’re sorry to say that we will take 50% of the amount you paid back.

You can’t cancel your order once it’s been sent out.

Restocking Fee

If a customer wants to return an item to Bazaar Breeze, they will likely have to pay for the shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
